Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders may only be modified or cancelled provided that they have not yet been dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
If the order is modified prior to shipment, the corresponding difference with respect to the original order amount will be charged or refunded.
Any refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase (credit/debit card or PayPal account). If the payment was made by bank transfer or Bizum, the customer will be asked to provide their bank account number and IBAN in order to process the refund.
Can I return my order?
As these are fresh fruit products, current legislation does not provide for the right of withdrawal or return for online purchases of products that may deteriorate or expire quickly, provided they are received in perfect condition.
If the product is received in poor condition, a return or replacement may be requested provided that the claim is made within 24 hours of receiving the order and photographs are supplied to justify the damage to the product or packaging.
In this case, we will arrange for the transport company to collect the product from the address indicated and will ship a replacement order if requested. The cost of transport will be borne by us, so the return or replacement will be free of charge for the customer. Please ensure that the product is properly packaged to avoid further damage during transport.
If the customer chooses a refund instead of a replacement, the full amount paid for the product, including shipping costs, will be refunded. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase. If payment was made by bank transfer, Bizum or cash on delivery, the customer will be asked to provide their bank account number and IBAN.
If the transport company delivers the product in poor condition or with damaged packaging, the customer has the right to reject the delivery, stating the reason on the carrier’s delivery note and taking a photograph as proof. Our satisfaction guarantee commits to immediately resending a new box with the purchased products.
Any claim regarding damage to the packaging or the fruit must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order and must include photographic evidence.
IMPORTANT: In all cases, oranges take between 24 and 48 hours from harvest to delivery at the customer’s address.
