Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can only be modified or canceled if they have not been issued, once the delivery has been made, it cannot be modified or withdrawn.
In case of modification prior to the shipment of the order, the difference of the amount of the original order will be charged or paid.
The refund of the amount will be made to the same card or PayPal account where was the order was paid. In the moment that you paid by transfer or payment through Bizum, you will be asked for the account number and IBAN to be able to refund the amount of the order.
Can I return my order?
As they are fresh fruits, the law does not contemplate the right of return or dissent in products purchased online, which can deteriorate or expire quickly as long as they are received in perfect condition.
If you have received the product in poor condition, you can request a return or replacement of the order as long as the claim is made within 24 hours of receiving the order and attaching photographs that justify the damage to the product or packaging and to be able to carry out the return or replacement.
In this case, we will ask the delivery company to pick up the product to be returned or exchanged at the address you indicate, and we will make a new delivery if you have requested replacement. We will assume the cost of the delivery agency, so the change or return will be free of charge for you. Remember to pack the product properly so that it is not damaged during transport and arrives in good condition.
In the moment that you choose to return the amount of the product, the full amount of the product will be refunded, including shipping costs. The refund will be made on the same card or PayPal account in which the order was paid, in the moment that it was paid by transfer, Bizum or cash on delivery, you will be asked for the account number and IBAN to be able to refund the amount of the order.
If the delivery agency delivers the product to you in poor condition, or the box is damaged, you have the right to reject it, indicating the reason for rejection on the delivery note from the transport agency and taking a photograph that demonstrates the damage. Our satisfaction guarantee undertakes to immediately send you a new box with the products that you have purchased.
To claim any damage to both the packaging and the fruit, it must always be done within 24 hours of receiving the order and attaching photographs that justify the damage.
IMPORTANT: In all cases, oranges take between 24 – 48 hours from when they are picked until they are delivered to your home.
